MC Rogers Parker, a former standout indoor volleyball player for Hendrix, is head coach of the beach volleyball program for the Warriors, a team that began in February 2020.

The Collierville, Tenn. native was a part of the 2014-2016 Southern Athletic Association Championship teams as well as the 2015 NCAA National Championship semi-finalist team. In addition to those team accolades, Coach Parker was also a two-time All-American Honorable Mention (2014 and 2016) and the school's first-ever All-American in the history of the program.

For her career, Parker appeared in 465 sets for the Warriors Volleyball program. She hit .213 with 1,500 career kills (3.23 kills per set), recorded 1,238 digs (2.66 digs per set), 275 blocks, 111 aces, and 41 assists in her four-year tenure for Hendrix.

Following her success at Hendrix with the Volleyball team, Parker took her talents across town and played on University of Central Arkansas' (UCA) inaugural Beach Volleyball team for 1.5 years; the first-ever beach volleyball team in the state of Arkansas.

Parker received her bachelor's degree in Spanish with a minor in English from Hendrix. She received her master's degree in College Student Personnel & Administration (CSPA) across town at UCA.

Coach Parker started the first NCAA Division III Beach Volleyball Program in the state of Arkansas. Hendrix College is one of only 5 Division III schools in the nation with a Beach Volleyball
